  • Returns: You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, contact support@arlthur.store.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as personalized or hygiene-related items, cannot be returned.
