• Delivery time: 3–15 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

• Delays: Customs or external logistics factors may cause delays.

 

Please note that in certain situations—especially for international shipments—delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, international logistics delays, local postal service conditions, weather disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

In such cases, the delivery timeframe may extend up to 25 business days. While this is not common, it can occur with international orders that require additional customs clearance or are subject to unforeseen logistical delays.

We continuously monitor all shipments to ensure they are delivered as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding should any delays occur.
